THE R FAMILY

Jineen is a long-time friend of mine, and she's also my hairstylist. I was so excited when she asked me to do family photos for her this spring, especailly since this was my very first session using our new Canon R6, which has quickly become my favorite camera ever.

We met for this session at North Clackamas Aquatic Park, and found this hidden gem of a park just nearby. The path, surrounded by rich, tall grass and trees, led us over a hill and to a gorgeous patch of yellow wildflowers. I'll never forget Zella saying to me, "Come on, friend!" as she followed her mom down the trail. The girls held hands and played together, exploring the new scenery with curiousity and imagination. Everyone 'cuddled close' and sang songs from Frozen. It was golden hour in every way possible.
