THE A FAMILY

Two sessions - the first a month or so before Luke was born, and the second a few months after. You can see the change of seasons here; the bold summer colors turn willowy and soft in autumn.

 

Our children are second cousins, and it was really special for me to be able to document these beginning moments of Luke's life.

 

We met first at Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge, and then at Scouters Mountain Nature Park, and each scene was sprinkled with tangible love and excitement. This was our very first time meeting Luke; Sean and Owen explored nearby during both of these sessions.
